First build relationships, then build businesses.

How We Work

First build relationships, then build businesses.

FounderShare isn't another place to post updates and collect connections. It's where women entrepreneurs connect, ideate, and build real things together — grounded in the belief that relationships come first.

How it actually works

No hierarchy of experts over novices. No leaderboards. Just a way of moving from a shared table to a shared outcome.

01

You're invited

You join by invitation

FounderShare starts invite-only, on purpose. It keeps the room small enough that trust can actually form — the way it does among women who already know and vouch for each other.

02

You arrive as yourself

You build a real profile

Not a resume. A picture of your mindset, your aspirations, your values, and the skills you bring — so the people you meet here know who they're actually meeting.

03

Relationships first

You join a group and start talking

Early members join small groups organized around ideating what FounderShare itself should become. You post, you reply, you react — real discussion, attributed to the woman who shaped it.

04

Then the work

You build together, in heterarchy

One person leads in one breath and follows in the next. There's no rank to climb. The community — and the businesses inside it — shape themselves from the inside, together.

Questions we hear

If you're deciding whether this is worth the invitation, start here.

Is this just another LinkedIn?

No. LinkedIn is a place to post updates and collect connections. FounderShare is where you sit down with a small group of women, build real relationships, and use them to build real products, services and businesses. Action, not performance.

Is this a mentorship program?

No. There's no hierarchy of experts handing down advice to novices. FounderShare is built on heterarchy — one person leads in one breath and follows in the next. Everyone brings something; no one sits above anyone else.

Is this only for women who reject the traditional business world?

Not at all. The goal isn't to wall women off from the existing business world or reject it outright — it's to weave feminine wisdom into it. We believe deep relationships and shared value make businesses stronger, for everyone.

Do I need to already have a business idea?

No. FounderShare is for existing solopreneurs and small business owners, women ready to leave the corporate world for something of their own, and women just beginning to explore entrepreneurship. What matters is a willingness to connect first.

Why invite-only?

Because relationships need a room small enough to actually form in. Early members are shaping what FounderShare becomes from the inside — starting with people who already share the mindset and values this is built on.

What actually happens once I'm in?

You build a profile, join a group, and start talking — real discussion threads, replies, and reactions, with every contribution attributed to the woman who made it. You'll hear about replies and invitations through notifications, in-app and by email, so nothing gets missed.

One person leads in one breath. And follows in the next.

Heterarchy, not hierarchy

One person leads in one breath. And follows in the next.

Today's business world was built for hierarchy — rank, competition, who's on top. That's not the natural creative state for women, who are masters of communication, natural context-shifters, equal parts listener and speaker, connector and contributor.

In a heterarchy, leadership moves. The woman with the idea leads the ideation. The woman with the spreadsheet leads the plan. The woman who's done this before leads the pitch. No one stays on top, because no one needs to.

This is what we mean when we say relationships come first: not a nicety before the real work starts, but the structure the real work runs on.
