We envision a world where a woman's voice and touch drive opportunity, health and prosperity.

FounderShare brings women entrepreneurs together to build, collaborate and share in what they create — for themselves, their families and the communities they live in. We provide the environment and tools to help women do what they do best: connect, collaborate and create.

Connect with people who share your mindset, aspirations and values, and who bring different skills to the table. First build relationships, then build businesses. When we build together, the potential and outcomes go beyond what any one of us could do on our own.

Relationships before business

We build businesses, but we build them second. Trust, understanding and shared values come first — everything real grows out of that.

Our strengths are leadership, not soft skills

Listening, connecting, context-shifting, working from the heart — in a balanced world, these are exactly the skills needed to lead.

Heterarchy, not hierarchy

A different kind of structure, where one person can lead in one breath and follow in the next — not rank, not who's on top.

Success measured by rank, competition, who's on top and who has the most. That's not a natural creative state for women — a world directed through hierarchy doesn't leave room for this kind of leadership to breathe.
